Caregivers are at the heart of what we do. As a caregiver, your primary goal is to ensure the comfort, safety, and happiness of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medication under supervision.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
• Help residents with grooming and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Encourage participation in group activities and social events.
• Carry out additional tasks as necessary to support residents' needs.

Certified Medication Technicians

Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) play a critical role in ensuring the health and wellness of our residents by managing and administering medications safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians while adhering to state guidelines and facility procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all medications administered, including dose, time, and reactions.
• Understand and follow the "six rights" of medication administration.
• Monitor residents for any side effects or adverse reactions, and notify the Delegating Nurse or licensed staff immediately.
• Take and record vital signs as necessary or when required by specific medications.
• Assist with resident care needs, including answering call bells, anticipating needs, and making regular rounds.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions or behaviors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while promoting resident safety.
• Administer PRN (as-needed) medications in compliance with regulations.
• Support the overall quality and safety standards of the facility.

Requirements:
Certification: Medication Technician certification and CPR certification.
